To start, try the impossibly tender steak tartare with quail egg yolk or the brioche lobster roll with Yarra Valley caviar. For the main event go for the duck confit with crispy skin or the perfectly prepared tenderloin with a rich black truffle jus.
Make sure you leave room for a dessert of manuka honey saffron and yoghurt pannacotta or an edible garden of chocolate cream, Valencia orange jelly and blood orange sorbet.
